KATAKLYSM Drummer Oli Beaudoin Talks Touring, Religion, EX DEO And More; Audio Interview
January 11, 2016, 8 years ago
Metal Wani writer Anne Catherine conducted a live Interview with drummer Oli Beaudoin of Canadian death metal giants Kataklysm in Hamburg, Germany on January 8th.
“In this interview, he tells us about the life on the road with the guys from SepticFlesh and Aborted, explains why he is much more concerned about the impact of religion on this world, than the impact of science, and how speechless it leaves him, when he meets fans who felt inspired to change their views on life because of Kataklysm. Nevertheless he never felt like a "rock star“ and with great enthusiasm he speaks of the upcoming Ex Deo album, number of songs written and release date, the band’s new beer brand and barbecue sauce and why it can spice up even the worst catering food on tour. And if you ever wondered how Oli believes that the world will come to an end – this is the right place to find out.”
Kataklysm are out on their European Of Ghosts And Gods tour with support from Greek symphonic death metal force Septicflesh and Belgium-based death metallers Aborted.
