KISS - Rock & Brews Location In Planning For Melbourne, Australia

According to the Herald Sun out of Melbourne, Australia, KISS frontmen Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons are looking at the city as a base for yet another Rock & Brews restaurant location.
“That is in the works,’’ Simmons says. “We’re looking at that now.”Rock and Brews serve American comfort food and craft beer at locations including Los Angeles airport, Mexico, Florida and California.
KISS' love of Australia was consolidated with their first tour down under in 1980.
“Molly Meldrum and his cowboy hat was our ambassador for Australia,” Paul Stanley says. “When we got there he was one of our guides. And let’s just say the ride was rock’. That first trip to Australia was a defining moment for Kiss. And I’ve always had a soft spot, and a not so soft spot for Australian women.”Rock & Brews opened in El Segundo in 2012 and has since expanded to more locations including Redondo Beach, LAX, Maui, Albuquerque, and Orlando. The word is they're planning about 100 more restaurants in the coming years.
