LED ZEPPELIN Guitarist JIMMY PAGE Angered By ROBBIE WILLIAMS' Plan To Alter Luxury Mansion

Singer Robbie Williams (pictured below) is embroiled in a planning dispute with Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page over the re-development of his £17.5 million London mansion, reports London Evening Standard.

The former Take That star’s 46-room house in Holland Park was previously owned by the late film director Michael Winner. Williams, 40, wants to turn the Grade II listed Victorian property into a “functional family home” for his wife Ayda Field, 35, and their two children. The refurbishment would include internal demolition, excavations, partially filling in the existing swimming pool, replacement of a studio mezzanine, adding a lift and removing three trees.

Plans have been submitted to Kensington and Chelsea council. But Page, 71, claims the building work could cause “vibrations and possible structural damage” to his nearby property, where he has lived since 1972.

He also says a new window in the Williams house would overlook his back garden, and has written to the council to object.

A deluxe, 3-disc box set edition of Led Zeppelin's classic 1975 double album, Physical Graffiti, will be available on February 24th in the UK. The set is expected in North America on February 25th.

This is a deluxe 3CD package of Led Zeppelin's sixth album, with the original artwork, plus the newly created negative artwork for the companion audio. The original album is newly remastered on 2 CDs; the third CD features previously un-released studio outtakes. Includes a die-cut square slipcase to hold three wallets, booklet, U-card, slipcase prints and a 16 page booklet.
