The Wizards Of Winter's first single, the instrumental hit "March Of The Metal Soldiers", was released at the end of May. The band is donating a portion of the proceeds from all sales of this track to the Wounded Warrior Project to honour those who have served in the United States military.

"March Of The Metal Soldiers" is a reworking of the classic standard “March Of The Toys”, reimagined by band leader Scott Kelly with screaming guitars, lush keyboards and a heavy new arrangement that shows off the band’s versatility. Of special note is the song’s vocal interlude. The lyrics are the slogans of the four branches of the US Military slogans converted to and sung in Latin.
