Steve Blaze of Lillian Axe was recently a guest on the Thunder Underground podcast. He talked about the status of Lillian Axe's next studio album, and says it will be titled From Womb To Tomb, and will be an "epic" concept album about life. He says most songs are written, and he hopes to have it out by the end of 2017.
He also noted that the band has a compilation of ballads coming in March called The Forgetten Art Of Meloncholy, which will also feature one new track.
Steve also talked about the return of original bassist Michael Maxx to the band. He called it a blessing, and said the time was right for his return. He talks about his signature guitars, vocalist Brian Jones, why the band doesn't play “Moonlight In Your Blood” live, receiving an icon award in 2017, playing festivals, and a lot more.
