MEGADETH's DAVID ELLEFSON Weighs In On World's Greatest Bassists - "STEVE HARRIS Really Changed The Presence Of Bass In Metal Music"

Megadeth bassist David Ellefson took part in the fourth annual Warwick Bass Camp in Markneukirchen, Germany, which ran from August 31st - September 4th. Top Guitar out of Poland cionducted an interview with Ellefson, which can be viewed below. he discusses Megadeth, the Metal Allegiance project, the greatest bassist(s) in the world, and more.

Megadeth are streaming their new digital single due out October 16th, “Fatal Illusion”, below. The track is from the band’s anxiously-awaited upcoming fifteenth studio album, Dystopia, due out on January 16th via Univeral Music Enterprises.

Dystopia was produced by Mustaine and Toby Wright (Alice In Chains, Korn). Megadeth’s new lineup features founding members Dave Mustaine (guitar, vocals) and David Ellefson (bass) along with Lamb Of God drummer Chris Adler and Brazilian-born Angra guitarist Kiko Loureiro.
