The band is currently on tour with Skullfist and Elm Street. They had an off day on the 8th and will be passing through the Cleveland area on their way from Rochester to Chicago. “We are pumped to FINALLY be playing a proper show in Cleveland”, says singer/bassist Jarvis Leatherby. “With much success playing in the surrounding areas, we are ready to bring the power to your town that has shown us so much support in the underground. Thank you to Bill Peters from WJCU and Auburn Records for setting this show up for us on short notice.”
“I met the guys at Ripper’s Rock House in Akron on New Year’s night”, says WJCU Metal On Metal host Bill Peters. “They were driving cross-country from L.A. to their first tour gig with Skull Fist in Albany. They stopped in Akron to visit friends and take a traveling break for the holiday. We watched the OSU football game together. This is when we discussed the possibility of coordinating a Cleveland show. They told me they would be passing through the area and wanted to set a show up here. I volunteered to help. Fortunately Maple Grove owner Nick Summa had the night open and agreed to do the show.”
“I saw Night Demon open for Raven a couple of months ago at the Empire Concert Club in Akron”, adds Peters. They were AMAZING!! My European friends have been raving to me about these guys for the past couple of years. Now I know why. New Wave Of British Heavy Metal fans, like myself, will love this band! I’ve been playing them regularly on my radio show and they are one of my most requested artists. Trust me, Night Demon are the real deal. Be sure to check them out if they visit your area. You will not be disappointed. ” Night Demon will appear live on WCSB’s This Is Metal radio show hosted by Bob Delchin on Thursday, January 8th from 5 - 7 PM< EST. Tune in at 89.3 FM in the Cleveland area or streamed worldwide at www.wcsb.org.
Night Demon are streaming the track "Killer", from their upcoming debut album, due this month.
Jarvis Leatherby had this to say about "Killer": "Inspired by the one and only Night Stalker, Richard Ramirez! Killer takes you back to the mid eighties terror felt by so many Los Angeles natives as they are tired of living in fear, and are ready to find this monster and bring him down!"
Steamhammer/SPV are set to start 2015 with Night Demon - a classic metal trio consisting of Jarvis Leatherby (bass, vocals), Brent Woodward (guitars) and Dusty Squires (drums).
The band has completed work on their debut full-length album, Curse Of The Damned, featuring eleven brand new original tracks, slated for release on January 14th (Scandinavia), January 16th (Germany) and January 19th (rest of Europe) on CD, LP (+ bonus track) and download. Curse Of The Damned will be released to the world outside of Europe via Century Media.

Night Demon unite the three members’ musical inspirations and influences ranging from old-school metal greats such as Iron Maiden, Metallica, Diamond Head, Angel Witch, Riot and Saxon to punk legends The Misfits. But whilst the band's music proudly exhibits these roots, it does so in a manner contemporary with modern times in every aspect.
Night Demon released their self-titled debut EP in April 2013, and to coincide with their massively extensive Europe tour of spring 2014, they put out an expanded edition of the EP with four additional tracks. The European tour saw Night Demon successfully sign a European record deal with Steamhammer/SPV. They are currently garnering new converts in every town on a full North American fall 2014 tour with Raven, and are primed for plenty of solid worldwide touring in the immediate and long-term future.
