OVERKILL Drummer JASON BITTNER Talks Forthcoming Album, Working With Producer CHRIS "ZEUSS" HARRIS - "Everybody's Really Happy" (Audio)
October 25, 2018, 6 years ago
Overkill drummer Jason Bittner (ex-Shadows Fall), who joined the band last year and will make his recording debut with the band on their new album, recently guested on the Nuclear Podblast. He discussed the songwriting and recording for the band's as-yet-untitled new record.
Bittner: "Everything that I just heard this weekend sounds absolutely amazing. If they told me that this was the final mix and we were going to press with this, I'd be 'Alright... cool.' Everybody's been really happy with what's been going on so far. I think it was just a thing, too, where Zeuss knows the band; he knows what Overkill should sound like and what they wanna sound like, and I think he's adding a little bit of that modern element to it as well."
Overkill has been added to Megadeth’s upcoming Megacruise:
