OZZY OSBOURNE Discusses Discovering RANDY RHOADS, ZAKK WYLDE; Part 3 Of Noisey's Back & Forth Series Streaming

In the clips below, Black Sabbath frontman, solo artist and music legend Ozzy Osbourne sits down with his son Jack Osbourne to discuss a variety of topics. In the third and final part of this Back & Forth series Ozzy speaks with Jack about how he discovered his legendary guitarists Randy Rhoads and Zakk Wylde, as well as the fame that followed the airing of his MTV reality show The Osbournes.

Osbourne will host Ozzfiesta next year, presented by Cool Breeze Concerts. The all-inclusive, five-day event is set for Wednesday, May 27th - Sunday, May 31st, 2015 at the beautiful Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya, Mexico. Ozzfiesta will conclude with an intimate beachside closing night performance from Ozzy.  Other Ozzfiesta highlights include a dinner party hosted by Sharon Osbourne (included in select room packages), an opening night “Welcome Party” featuring a special acoustic set by Zakk Wylde, a Q&A; session with Ozzy Osbourne and his band, a Black Label Society full concert, a Comedy Club Night with standup sets from Jim Norton and Jim Florentine, a Charity Golf Tournament benefitting The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program, Osbourne Movie Nights and much more.

Tickets for Ozzfiesta are on sale at Ozzfiesta.com. Ticket prices start at $1,899 per adult, $499 for children (4-17) and $100 for toddlers (newborn-3) and the first 500 rooms sold include a meet and greet with Ozzy.  All prices include room taxes and gratuities.

Ozzfiesta will take place at an all-inclusive five-star resort with all high-level amenities.  The resort boasts Heaven at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya a “resort within the resort” exclusive to adult guests, which features three adults-only pools and a private beach on the serene waters of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by the natural sea cove.  The luxurious location also offers two family pools and a private white sand beach nestled along the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, a world-class 18-hole Robert von Hagge-designed golf course, nine on-site restaurants (ranging from casual to international gourmet selections) and 24-hour room service, top-shelf alcoholic beverages in six bars, a teen “backstage” lounge, the Little Big Club™ Experience children’s area with interactive play rooms and activities and playrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and throughout the resort property, unlimited phone calls to the continental US and Canada.  In addition, each room booked includes a $750 resort credit (which can be used for spa treatments, massages, golf and much more).

In a new interview with Billboard, Ozzy says whatever Black Sabbath’s next move is it will be "our last hurrah...Then it's no more Sabbath at all. We're disbanding the name and everything. They don't want to tour anymore. I get it. But I love it. I'm gonna continue my solo thing." He does, however, hope that estranged original drummer Bill Ward returns to the Sabbath fold for the next project. "I would absolutely love that. We all would," Osbourne says. "We were all sad he didn't come the last time. But I don't deal with the dough and the business side; that's my wife's job. The thing is, when you've got four guys with four different agendas and managers, it gets pretty crazy. I just go, 'You do what you've got to do, Sharon. I'll do what I've got to do.' "

"I've been not doing my solo stuff for quite a while now — I've been touring with Sabbath, so I just wanted to let everybody know I haven't stopped doing my solo stuff," Osbourne tells Billboard about his new collection Memoirs Of A Madman. "I'm going to do one more Black Sabbath tour, one more album with Black Sabbath, and it'll take about two or three years before I release solo stuff again. So Memoirs Of A Madman is just to say to the fans that I haven't stopped."
