POISON HEADACHE Streaming “Conspirator” Track; Mystery Member Revealed

After launching their first single, “Sin Eater”, last week, San Diego's Poison Headache is now streaming another new track, “Conspirator”. The band has also revealed that their mystery members is guitar player Phil Sgrosso from Wovenwar and As I Lay Dying.

Says Sgrosso of “Conspirator”: “‘Conspirator’ reflects the punk influence in our music.  It’s fast and simple in nature but we still aim to keep it heavy.  In our book, there’s no better way to start a song off than with a circle pit.  This song is written for those who manipulate and take advantage of the weak minded to serve their own destructive agenda.  You will get yours.”

Prior to Poison Headache's release, Southern California fans can hear the record in its entirety at a special album listening party, which will take place on May 21st at Brick by Brick immediately following the Soulfly show. The event will feature Hail, Colossus - an exclusive, small batch beer by Coronado Brewing Co. - plus giveaways for Poison Headache CDs, t-shirts, and more.

With Poison Headache, fans can expect a 10-song monster: a heaving, teeth-bared mass of anger, violent intent, aggression, and terrible certainty - mixed by Taylor Young (Nails, Twitching Tongues) and mastered by Brad Boatright (Black Breath, Inverloch, Sleep) of Audiosiege Mastering. One part Entombed Wolverine Blues, one part Motörhead “Ace Of Spades”, and one part Converge “Jane Doe”, Poison Headache is crossover for the new age.
