QUEEN Drummer ROGER TAYLOR’s Solo Works To Be Released In Two Collections; Trailer Streaming

Legendary Queen songwriter and drummer Roger Taylor’s solo works will be celebrated in two collections.
Best, set for October 27th release, and The Lot, originally released in Europe, is coming out on November 11th via Omnivore Recordings in North America, amalgamates the Rock And Roll Hall Of Famer’s output.

Best will consist of 18 songs while The Lot is a comprehensive 12CD/1DVD set encompassing all of Taylor’s work. The Lot is packaged in a 64-page hardbound book with slipcase, features all five of Taylor’s solo albums (including bonus tracks on 2013’s Fun On Earth, available only in this offering), and the three releases from The Cross -- which found Taylor fronting a new band, handling lead vocals and guitar, and whose recordings featured guest appearances from his Queen bandmates Freddie Mercury and Brian May. The remaining four CDs contain every single and remix from both his solo material and releases with The Cross. The DVD contains promo videos, live performances, and extras.
