Whip's Bar & Grill is the creation of friends Michael "Whip" Wilton (the legendary guitar player of Queensrÿche, Soulbender, and Wratchet Head) and Paul Whitlock (music enthusiast, lifelong biker, and avid beer lover).
“In our world the term Whip is synonymous with two things: Michael "Whip" Wilton and custom rides, this place brings the two together along with other goodness like great food, an edgy staff, and fantastic beer. Our goal is to ensure the party lives on by combining the things we have been most committed to our whole lives: Bikes, Rock, and Brews.
“The first location, set to open in 2016, will be in Richmond VA, half way between Washington DC and Virginia Beach VA. It will include ample outdoor space for events and be a destination for two wheeled travelers. This will be the spot for bikers traveling to the East Coast's largest bike rallies to take a break, weekend riders to start and end their ride, or for biker groups to hold a charity event in an environment made just for you. There will be regular bike nights and cruise-ins where you can show off your Whip.
“We know bikers like to show off their ride, so Whip's will feature front row uniquely lit parking areas where your ride will get the attention it deserves. All future Whip's Bar and Grill's will be located in areas with high bike traffic and near medium to large cities.”
