Randy Rhoads Remembered – an all-star celebration of guitar legend Randy Rhoads took place on January 23rd at The Observatory in Orange County, CA. Drummer Brian Tichy (Whitesnake, Foreigner, Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol) and promoter Joe Sutton came up with the idea of Randy Rhoads Remembered in 2013.
