The reunion of Guns N’ Roses, now being confirmed by two sources, leaves Axl Rose and Slash chasing $100 million – to start with, reports Forbes.com. It comes after weeks of speculation. The singer and guitarist will share a stage to perform for the first time since 1993. The duo will patch up their differences to headline Coachella and they are expected to play other stadiums at dates still to be announced.
The news is breaking after industry sources said the possibility of dates was being actively pursued. While stadia are sometimes booked with the band name not being immediately obvious, any concert tour involves arranging insurance and logistics so little can stay under wraps before there are leaks.

Axl Rose will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday next week to address the talk about the classic Guns N' Roses lineup getting back together, reports RollingStone.com.
Multiple sources confirmed Rose's Kimmel appearance to Rolling Stone, but declined to reveal the specific nature of his announcement or taping date. Rose previously appeared on Kimmel's late-night show in 2012, which marked his first live interview in 20 years.
Rumors of the classic lineup's reunion were sparked first when Slash told CBS This Morning in May of this year that the "tension ... has dissipated" between Rose and him. "We don't have all those issues anymore," he said. "There's not a lot of controversy. It's something that's more perpetuated by the media than anything." In an interview with Sweden's Aftonbladet in August, Slash admitted that he and Rose were able "to dispel some of that negative stuff that was going on for so long." However, Slash refused to comment on whether the thaw in his relationship with Rose would result in a GN'R reunion.

According to Billboard, Guns N’ Roses, with founding members Axl Rose and Slash, will headline the Coachella Music & Arts Festival in Indio, CA, set for April 15th-17th and April 22nd-24th 2016. The reunited band is also negotiating with promoters to play as many as 25 football stadiums in North America in the summer of 2016, and is scheduled to be one of the first acts to play the new Las Vegas Arena, set to open April 6th. Sources say Guns N’ Roses is said to be asking as much as $3 million per show, with tickets topping out in the $250-$275 range.
This past weekend, reports began circulating that fans who went to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens in cinemas were unexpectedly treated to a brief trailer featuring the Guns N' Roses classic “Welcome To The Jungle” being played over black-and-white crowd footage prior to the biggest movie of the year.
