SEPULTURA's Andreas Kisser Talks 30th Anniversary, Next Studio Album And More; Video Interview

Metal Wani’s Dawn Brown recently caught up with Sepultura’s Andreas Kisser in Baltimore. Andreas discussed the band’s 30th anniversary, sharing stage with Destruction, Sepultura’s next studio album, why people are behind a Sepultura reunion, possible collaboration with Ross Robinson on a new album and much more. On May 9th, Sepultura performed at the Rock In Rio USA in Las Vegas, NV. During their set the band was joined by guitar legend Steve Vai. Pro-shot footage of the performance is available below:

Sepultura recently recorded a new song, "DarkSide”, for Brazilian publisher DarkSide Books. The track is said to be "inspired by the darker side of literature" and is streaming below. This is not the first time that Andreas Kisser and DarkSide Books have joined forces. The guitarist wrote the preface for the Black Sabbath biography, Destruição Desencadeada, released in 2013 .<

Sepultura are currently on their 30th Anniversary Tour, which has been a “very special moment,” says singer Derrick Green. “The band travels through their magnificent history.
