SLAVES ON DOPE Unveil Horse Artwork

Montreal's Slaves On Dope have unveiled the cover for their upcoming album Horse, due out via the ILS Group (ILS) through its partnership with the Universal Music Group, on September 9th. Check out the art by Montreal-based Marvel Entertainment artist Marco Rudy below:

Horse tracklisting:
“Electric Kool-Aid”
“Health Food & Heroin’
‘Freebasing”
“K-Hole”
“Script Writer” (with DMC )
‘Interplanetary Mission” (with Mastodon's Bill Kelliher)
“Liquid Sunshine ‘(with HR)
‘Codependency” (with The Damn Truth's Lee-la Baum)
‘P&P”
‘Disco Biscuit”

Formed in 1993 by Jason Rockman, Kevin Jardine, Slaves On Dope somewhat eschewed the grunge music explosion for a new and heavier metal sound. The band relocated from their native Montreal to Los Angeles eventually signing with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s Divine Recordings. The subsequent release, Inches From The Mainline, helped the band reach a much larger audience through radio airplay, retail sales, and touring including Ozzfest and the SnoCore Tour. The group recorded another album in 2003, and shortly after took an extended hiatus, returning with their 2012 independent release Over The Influence.

Horse was recorded in Montreal at Uplift Studio and features several high profile guest musicians. ILS will be undertaking major radio and press campaigns to reintroduce the band to fans new and old. The band will also be playing shows throughout North America starting in September and well into 2017.
