On the upcoming episode of AXS TV's Paul Shaffer Plus One, premiering on October 27, Paul is joined by comedian and actor, Harry Shearer, in character as Derek Smalls of "This Is Spinal Tap". Smalls hilariously reflects on his musical roots and how he got his start in the British rock scene.
