STRAIGHT LINE STITCH / Ex-DARKEST HOUR Guitarist Kris Norris Uploads New Demo Samples
September 8, 2011, 13 years ago
Kris Norris, former lead guitarist for DARKEST HOUR and now with STRAIGHT LINE STITCH, has uploaded a couple of audio samples for songs he's writing for the band.
Says Kris: "So after a few beers and jamming the tunes with my buddies, we figured let's let everyone hear what's going on, why hype up a new CD, lets get everyone involved. Here's what I'm writing and here is where we are trying to take the band. I figure with the current state of the industry, lets get everyone involved, so tell me, what do you like what do you not like on the new riffs. That doesn't mean I'm going to change anything, but for fuck's sake, let's get everyone involved again and make music what it once was."
Check out the audio samples below:
Norris teaches three times a week and has over hundreds of hours of video on Jamplay.com. He is now offering a free seven day trial which you can sign up for at this location.
Other teachers on the site include Emil Werstler (DAATH), Tosin Abasi (ANIMALS AS LEADERS), Jim Malone (ARSIS), Doc Coyle (GOD FORBID), and Flattus Maximus (GWAR).
