Dutch polyrhythmic metallers, Textures, have launched a video inviting fans to their upcoming UK dates with Amorphis. Textures will be supporting Amorphis on their upcoming European tour.

Frontman Daniël De Jongh said of the tour announcement: "It's a great honour to tour entire Europe as main support for one of the biggest quality metal bands in Europe; Amorphis. A fantastic chance to visit some countries we haven't been before as well. The Finnish metallers are touring their native continent in support of their latest album Under The Red Cloud (2015). Textures released the first of their two new albums, Phenotype, on February 5th, via Nuclear Blast. The second record of the musical diptych, Genotype, will be released one year from now.

The new virtuosos Uri Dijk (synth) and Joe Tal (guitar) deliver a new, harmonic vibe to the mature Textures sound. Genotype, which will be released a year from now - is a 45-minute long conceptual track. The root material, Phenotype consists of, is presented in this song, but in a totally different context. Textures go out-of-the-box. More proggy, more atmosphere and lots of extra layers to fill the last gaps left in this extensive, double rollercoaster ride.
