Following the 100 Guitars From Hel spectacle in Helsinki's Senate Square on August 14th, the party moves to the Tavastia club. The Local Band - featuring Alexi Laiho (Children Of Bodom), Jussi69 (The 69 Eyes), Archie Kuosmanen (Santa Cruz) and Olli Herman (Reckless Love) will entertain the audience with headbanging covers of hair metal songs from the '80s, including Van Halen, Guns N' Roses, Poison, Mötley Crüe and more. Laiho has composed a commissioned song for the Helsinki Festival, and invited 100 electric guitarists to join him in performing it on the big stage. The guitarists have now been chosen, and you can watch their auditions (as well as the auditions that didn’t make the cut) at this location
