UFO Bassist Rob De Luca’s OF EARTH Project Begin Tracking Third Album - “The Band Has Grown Immensely In Our Recording Abilities”

Of Earth, the NYC-based band fronted by UFO bassist Rob De Luca, have begun tracking their upcoming third album.
Says De Luca: “While back at home between tours, Of Earth started tracking our third record. The new songs stand up tall to the material on our first two records. The band has grown immensely in our recording abilities, namely our instrument sounds and studio playing. I've never walked out of an Of Earth session feeling this happy!
Grammy winning long-time engineer Tom Camuso is again at the desk and his vast experience is a huge help! We live busy lives, so it'll take awhile until it's finished. Until then enjoy the final songs being released from the second album, The Monarch.”
Of Earth recently released a new music video for "Sweep The Fire", from their sophomore album, The Monarch. The intense tale of marginalism and reclamation was recorded by Grammy Award winning engineer Tom Camuso and mastered by Howie Weinberg. The neo-psychedelic video for "Sweep The Fire" was directed by Her Vanished Grace Productions.
"Sweep The Fire" is also available as a free download (or stream) at this location.
