UNLEASHED Frontman Johnny Hedlund Issues New Album Recording Update - "We Are Almost Finished..."

Legendary Swedish Viking death metal outfit, Unleashed, are currently in the studio recording the follow-up to their Odalheim album. The title of the album is still a secret but be prepared for another classic record.
The new album is being recorded by producer and guitar player Fredrik Folkare in his own Chrome Studios in Stockholm, Sweden.
Frontman Johnny Hedlund states: “Warriors!!! We are almost finished with the recordings of the new album. We are naturally very excited about this new release and are looking forward to hear your comments about it.
This album takes over exactly where Odalheim left off, both music and story wise. Looking forward to see you all in a Viking hall soon."
With their blend of melody and brutality, Unleashed are one of the founders of Viking death metal. Their riffs are pure shrapnel and their choruses are epic - melting uncompromising brutality with anthemic odes to Odin.
The new album will be released in spring 2015 via Nuclear Blast. Stay tuned for updates.
