Foo Fighters mainman Dave Grohl knows how to throw a helluva birthday bash and last night (Janjary 10th) was the icing on the cake at the LA Forum, marking his 46th birthday. The Foos were joined by KISS’ Paul Stanley (performing “Detroit Rock City” and “Do You Love Me”, Slash and Tenacious D (Queen’s “Tie Your Mother Down” and Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song”), Alice Cooper (“School’s Out” and “I’m 18”), Zakk Wylde (Black Sabbath’s “N.I.B.” and “Fairies Wear Boots”), Jane’s Addiction’s Perry Ferrell (“Miss You” and “Mountain Song”), Van Halen’s David Lee Roth (“Panama” and “Ain’t Talking ‘Bout Love”) and the grand finale with Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister performing “Let It Rock”.
