VIVALDI METAL PROJECT Announces Additions Of YES’ Rick Wakeman, Former YNGWIE MALMSTEEN Bassist Barry Sparks; More

On January 12nd, Vivaldi Metal Project's mastermind Mistheria and co-producer Alberto Rigoni met the wizard of keyboards and rock legend Rick Wakeman (Yes). He has confirmed his participation in the Vivaldi Metal Project. Wakeman left a message to the Vivaldi Metal Project’s fans/followers as well:
Other additions to the project are bassist Barry Sparks (Yngwie Malmsteen, MSG, UFO, Dokken), keyboardist Vitalij Kuprij (Artension, Ring Of Fire, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), guitarist Roger Staffelbach (Artension, Artlantica), bassist Andreas Passmark (Royal Hunt), bassist Lars Lehmann (Uli Jon Roth, Vinnie Moore), drummer Tom Åsvold (Polarization, Paincraze, Dimension34), vocalist Göran Nyström (Twinspirits, Silent Call), and operatic singer Stefano Stex Sbrignadello.
Other musicians to take part in the project: Mark Boals (Firewind, Yngwie Malmsteen), Mike Lepond (Symphony X), Rob Rock (Impellitteri), Chris Adler (Lamb of God), Tommy Denander (Toto, Michael Jackson, Alice Cooper), Joe Stump (Reign of Terror, Raven Lord), John Macaluso (Ark, LaBrie, Yngwie Malmsteen), Andy Midgley (Power Quest).
The classic legendary masterpiece “The Four Seasons” by Antonio Vivaldi will be arranged in a metal version and will be performed by top class musicians from the world. Recordings will happen this year.
