VOTUM Premier Acoustic 360º Music Video For “Satellite”
July 12, 2016, 8 years ago
Inner Wound Recordings released Warsaw, Poland-based prog band Votum’s new album, :KTONIK:, back in February. Now, the band have recorded the video track "Satellite" as an acoustic 360º video. This new technology allows for the viewer to watch the performance from any angle they want (as the name of the technology obviously states). Watch below:
Votum combines dark and vibrant atmosphere with metal traditions, bringing both force and ambience to play. The band is no stranger to musical diversity with subtle cinematic frailty and modern electronica. Dealing in powerful guitars and acoustic ballads Votum creates a very specific blend of fresh and unusual approach to progressive rock and metal.
:KTONIK: was recorded and mixed by David Castillo at Ghost Ward (Katatonia, Opeth, Bloodbath).
