Wacken Metal Battle Canada: ANNIHILATOR’s Jeff Waters To Guest Judge Battle Rounds In Select Cities

Wacken Metal Battle Canada has announced that Annihilator founder / guitarist Jeff Waters will be guest judging select battles in Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa and the national final in Toronto, ON.
Dates:
Thursday, March 5th - Edmonton, AB - Pawn Shop
Friday, March 6th - Calgary, AB - Dickens Pub
Saturday, March 21st - Ottawa, ON - Mavericks
Friday, March 27th - Montreal, QC - Katacombes
Saturday, June 6th - Toronto, ON - Opera House (National Final)

A big thanks to Thomas Jensen and Wacken for helping make this project possible.” comments WMBC organizer JJ Tartaglia.In addition, a video Battle Report will be filmed that will follow Jeff Waters judging, travelling and interviewing competing bands/members during Wacken Metal Battle Canada.
Jeff Waters comments: "Well it looks like I get to have some good metal fun in the next few months! Thanks to the Wacken Battle Canada, and my affiliation with my old German friends who run the mighty Wacken Festival, I will be crossing this fine land of ours soon to judge the many talented bands involved in the “Battle“. This is such an amazing opportunity for Canadian bands and I am honoured to be a part of it! I will also be filming for a Wacken Battle report. Come down to the shows & say “Hi“! Let’s show the world how good our bands are and how much we love our music!"
