WILLIE BASSE Diagnosed With Cancer; Benefit Jam To Feature SLASH, ROY Z, RHINO BUCKET And More

Cultural ambassador to the Sunset Strip, Willie Basse, has been diagnosed with cancer, and is reaching out for assistance with treatment and medical expenses.
Says Willie: “My insurance company has denied approval for my Oncologist. The lymphoma, Mycosis Fungoides, is now in my bloodstream and I need treatments to stop it, before it grows tumors, or goes into my internal organs.”

Rock For Recovery has scheduled a Willie Base Cancer Benefit Jam, on Friday, February 26th at Paladino’s in Tarzanz, California. Schedule to perform are Rhino Bucket, Stonebreed, and 10 To Midnite. The event will also include an all-star jam with Slash, Roy Z, Mitch Perry, Scott Warren and others. A flyer for the event can be seen below.
