WORMFOOD Streaming New Song Featuring Former TYPE O NEGATIVE, CARNIVAL IN COAL Members

Wormfood, the avantgarde and decadent metal band from Paris, France, have revealed an extract from their long-awaited new album, L'Envers. The track is called "Gone On The Hoist (G.O.T.H.)" and features guest appearances by Paul Bento (ex-Type O Negative, ex-Carnivore, Wrench) and Axel Wursthorn (ex-Carnival In Coal). Listen  below:

The cover artwork for L'Envers was born from the collaboration of the photographer Andy Julia and the digital artist Hicham Haddaji.

L'Envers will be released on May 20th via Apathia Records, on A5 deluxe digipack CD and digital. A teaser video for the new album, created by Simon Ravet, can be seen below:

This is the first new album with the new lineup:

Emmanuel Lévy (Erdh, ex-Carnival In Coal live) - vocals, guitars, lyrics
Renaud Fauconnier (Abstrusa Unde) - guitars
Pierre Le Pape (Melted Space) - keyboards
Vincent Liard - bass
Thomas Jacquelin (Öxxö Xööx, Régiment) - drums

Mix and master duties for L'Envers were handled by Axel Wursthorn, at the Walnut Groove Studio. More details to follow.
