WORMREICH, KHAOTIKA – Athens, GA Man Charged In Deaths Of 2015 Crash

The Athens Banner-Herald is reporting Sergio Jose Quesada, 28, of Nona Drive, Athens, was charged with DUI, failing to maintain a lane and three counts of first degree homicide by vehicle.
On April 6, 2015, a van wreckage occurred carrying members of two heavy metal bands, Wormreich and Khaotika.
Ian McKinney (Nazgul Vathron) from Wormreich, Nick Crisostomo (Dyret) from Khaotika, and Paul Truesdell died in the crash while several others were injured. Quesada was the only one to escape harm.
Wormreich is a US black metal band with one full-length album with 2011’s Edictvm DCLXVI and their last release was the 2014 EP Wormcult Revelations.
Khaotika is a melodic black band from Atlanta that formed in 2014 and released their debut EP Bloodline Empire in 2014.
