YYRKOON - Unhealthy Opera

(The End)
Yyrkoon mix the speed of thrash with regimented, choppy death and wrap it in a clean production to create an aggressive, yet accessible sound. Most impressive is the strong rhythm section, which adds punch and structure to the material, as well as some cool, clean guitar soloing. Further, a few pretty acoustic guitar tracks are injected to showcase the band’s flexibility and instrumental prowess, acting as respites within the whole. Not too excited about the generic barking vox though; the performance could have been delivered by any standard Cookie Monster vocalist out there. A thrash vocalist would make a world of difference here.
