DOWN's NOLA - September 19th, 1995
“Metal” Tim: “So, the Warner sales rep in Toronto asked me how many of CD copies of this new supergroup (Philip Anselmo, Pepper Keenan, Kirk Windstein, Jimmy Bower, Todd Strange) we would want and I said 500. After he picked himself off the floor, he created this giant floor sticker at HMV 333 in Toronto. This album rules. The 500 sold in just over a week. DOWN's NOLA turns 27 today (September 19th, 1995). 🎂🤘

Cool trivia: On the title track, its narrator invites people experiencing problems to either call him on 36-24-36, an actual phone in Australia in the 1960s (then properly formatted as FM 2346-36 translated to FM on the rotary dial or keypad), or visit him at his home, at which he will perform assorted unsavoury acts to resolve problems.
