Another 100,000-plus attendance year for the 8th Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion! This year’s four stages we’re packed with some heavy hitters like Billy Idol, Alice In Chains, and Stone Temple Pilots as well as some up and comers like Fever 333, Greta Van Fleet and Power Trip and over 60 more acts. If you needed a break and wanted something a little more easy going, Zippo had a hidden acoustic stage as well featuring some bands like Butcher Babies, Jellyroll and Stone Sour giving the fans acoustic versions of their songs.
Three days of amazing weather, great music and great food brought out a diverse crowd for one of the most versatile rock festivals in history with everyone walking away with a new appreciation and love for something they never would have listened to otherwise. Having a country rapper, Jellyroll playing the same festival as hardcore veterans, Hatebreed and alt rockers, Muse is truly an amazing event to witness.
Overall, it was an amazing weekend spent with great friends, and great music and that’s what keeps the fans coming back every year to Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion. Can’t wait for next year!
