Midweek mayhem. Feels strange to attend a festival on Wednesday, but this way, Tons Of Rock can get some big names they might not be able to rope in, on the weekend. Four days to fill is quite a task. Lots of folks playing hooky from work, as the field, outside Oslo, was well attended, despite a monsoon that threatened to turn everything into a Wacken quagmire.
A full recap of the festival will be forthcoming, but in the meantime, here’s some visual nonsense, including the fact the Gunners prohibited anyone from taking photos! At The Gates, Airbourne, Spiritbox, Municipal Waste, and a few heretofore unknown entities, were also amongst the performers on Day 1. Impressive start! More to come...
