Near the shadows of Hard Rock Park’s feature ride, the LED ZEPPELIN roller coaster, are a couple of businesses owned by the same people. In fact, the owners say they closed on the Coasters Ice Cream Shop, the same day the park filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Jeann Henning says, “I’ve heard Disney’s gonna buy it, I heard it’s going to be a casino over there, that the Indians are going to buy it. I don’t listen to anything until it’s absolutely official.”

Henning and her fiancé Jeff Rodier also own the art and frame outlet. They bought that property before the park opened almost a year ago now. Both of them say having the business near the park was more of a perk.
