HEAVEN AND HELL - the band featuring legendary BLACK SABBATH members Ronnie James Dio (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), Geezer Butler (bass) and Vinny Appice (drums) - MOTÖRHEAD and CARCASS are the first acts confirmed for the 2009 edition of Holland's Waldrock Open Air Festival which is scheduled for June 13, 2009 in Burgum, The Netherlands.
