Mississauga, Ontario's legendary Metalworks Studios are celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year. Established in 1978 by drummer/singer Gil Moore, the studio was originally a creative workspace for his band TRIUMPH (rounded off by guitarist/singer/songwriter Rik Emmett and bassist/keyboardist Mike Levine).

Moore will be guest on CFRB's Rock Talk tonight (December 7th), which airs every Sunday night from 6-7 PM (EST) with Bob Reid and Blair Packham (acclaimed singer-songwriter, producer, music educator and former leader of THE JITTERS) - in Toronto you can listen to the show on 1010 AM or online at this location

According to Metalworks Studios' website: "From its embryonic stage, Metalworks expanded over a 30 year time span into a six studio powerhouse, and today ranks as canada’s consummate world-class studio facility. Recognized for an unprecedented eleven consecutive years as Recording Studio Of The Year (1998 – 2008) at the CMW - Canadian Music Industry Awards, Metalworks has become the undisputed leader in the recording studio business in Canada."
