"Namaste, Beautifulwonderful People! I am sending you all endless gratitude and Highest Blessings, as ever.

This week was pretty cool. As I am feeling better every week, I am able to concentrate my energies and focus on my PATH. My Path of Deliberation and Purpose.

One facet of which - is TOUR!

*squeal*

In my tour preparations, besides rehearsals (which we embark on in approximately seven more sleeps), I have to begin to consider ALL that it will require for me to thrive and perform every day, as we travel……

*modify eating (must change how I eat, a little bit, as it won’t be easy to have consistency in my diet, due to travelling and unavailability of some things I currently have unlimited, blessed access to..ie. Naam salads, organic pineapple, organic cukes, etc.etc.)

*modify sleeping patterns (this is my biggest challenge. Often we don’t hit the stage until AFTER MY BEDTIME!! I must retrain my body to stay up later…but I keep getting up at my normal time anyway! Sheesh!)

*modify sensitivity (often I miss Nicklas soooo much-no..he can’t come on tour because I’m too busy everyday on show days, it won’t be fair for my little senior citizen babydog…..so..I get pretty sad a lot if I think about his eyelashes, or something. Plus I think about our Blessed, Late babydog, Annastasia all the time. )

*modify physical activities (without consistent time-and-access to a gym OR yoga space, on tour, I must resort to: weighted medicine balls, skiprope-which I don’t like cause I’m a chick and boobs bounce too much: that aint fun; plus my yoga will be only the space on the bus or in the stanky shower room which is often alive with many people)

*etc……………

Oh, don’t get me wrong: this is a GOOOD thing! I am stoked as fuck about touring, as always. Particularly THIS tour, as I so love a fresh rekkid-tour!!! Heehee! So fun! So fucking fun!

Its all happy little problems to have: I just want to get into my “road-mode” and perform well every night!! :D

I’ve included a photo (above) from my silly styling (as you know I always do this myself because all those peeps used to dress me like a witch-not that there’s anything wrong with that-but mama likes me some soft pinky fluffy girly clothes, ya feel me?) I tried to blur out the name of the store (which was emblazoned across the changeroom mirrors) because I think its illegal or something? I am in one motorcycle boot and one ladyshoe. The boots always win, Baby! Always! Hahaha!

Oh and I don’t know how the fuck to airbrush so don’t look at my fuckin legs, we are simply showing the beginning of the selection process! Hahahahhahahahha!

Allrighty, my Loves, I know its a 'long' weekend and that means people get happier with free time and an excuse to play outside. Good. Enjoy all the extra opportunity of time brings!!! Feel happy and lucky and good! Remember: our Western World is beyond luxury: there are no long weekends in war/drought/starvation/hunger/sickness. Be happy and thankful.

I am as always, thankful for you.

And, of course, bananas (which are actually ON the tourfood request -a.k.a. 'Tour rider' hahahaha!)
