Canadian rocker Bif Naked has issued the following update:

"I woke up squeaking. Ahhhhh…..the good ol’ pipes gettin broken-in. Its extremely interesting for me, as I suck back the standard lozenges + slippery elm bark tea (yuk!). I guess if I could sleep it might help? Harhar!

(Yes, DarlingBeautifulFriends, I have tried everything over all these years. I don’t believe in medication or sedatives-in case I don’t feel 'right' from it, so I rely on hippydippy stuff. Mostly, just 'mental' stuff, positive thoughts, happiness, chakra shit- no melatonin or stuff like that. It makes my heart get palpitations so I can’t take nothin').

The rehearsals have been so fuckin grand! I can’t believe Jason, Jacen, and Flavio are human. They are unreal! I feel often inadequate, like a Grade Seven kid trying to keep up with the Grade 12s. I try never to complain (though I did confess, during rehearsal - after about 100min of hard singin'). And then we were going over 'Spaceman' and suddenly, mid-way through chorus two, I started 'hothothotamaleflashin!' Hahaha! Holyfuck it was so weird. Felt like my shins and my neck and my elbows and my fingertips got wet-with-sweat (which they actually don't- it just FEELS like that). Like a niacin flush on 100. Like walking into a fire. Then….as soon as it started…it subsided. Cool, huh?

I love this shit. :)

And I love the set. Love it! Love it! I can’t wait to play.

After rehearsal today, I am shooting another video. (No, we don’t have all the edits yet from the 'Sick' video…but you will be the first to know!).
