As previously reported, SLIPKOT singer Corey Taylor will be a special guest on tomorrow night's (August 28th) edition of IRON MAIDEN singer BRUCE DICKINSON's Friday Rock Show on BBC 6 in the UK. Taylor will talk about ten years of Slipknot including the band's humble beginnings right up to this year's Download headlining appearance.

The show airs from 9:00pm - 12:00am in the UK. Listeners outside the UK you can tune-in online at this location between 4:00-7:00pm EST. If you are in the UK then you can listen on DAB Digital radio, on SKY and TV (SKY 0120, Freeview 707, Freesat 707, Virgin 909).

As previously reported, Slipknot have announced a special edition release on Roadrunner Records of their seminal self-titled debut album. This special CD/DVD piece will commemorate the 10th anniversary of Slipknot’s first album’s release in 1999. Release is set for September 9th. The CD will feature 25 tracks, including the original album as well as rare demos, remixes, rare b-sides and more.

The companion documentary, entitled of the (sic): Your Nightmares, Our Dreams, is packed with behind the scenes footage of Slipknot from 1999. This never before seen hour-long piece was directed by M. Shawn Crahan, who combed through his vast archives to compile the definitive chronicle of this important time in Slipknot’s career. This inside look features both live and backstage footage from around the world. The DVD also features all the music videos from their debut cycle as well as other surprises.
