WE, THE UNDERSIGNED To Play Megafest 2009 With PROTEST THE HERO And Others

Fredericton, New Brunswick-based progressive metal band WE, THE UNDERSIGNED will be cutting their Off With Their Heads tour short to perform at Megafest 2009 in Halifax, NS with one of their biggest influences, PROTEST THE HERO including label mates IRON GIANT and BLACK MOOR as well as Halifax progressive rockers CHILDREN OF EVE.
Their last scheduled date for the tour is November 21st in Vancouver BC; they will be traveling over 6000 KM’s directly back to the east coast to perform at this years Megafest on Thursday, November 26th.
“Spending 4 consecutive days in a stinky 12-year old van has always been a dream of mine...” jokes guitarist Andy Stevens, “I can't believe my dream is finally coming true!”“This really is crazy”, adds bassist Jai Sadler, weighing in on the band’s decision, “but I don't know what I'm more excited for, to embarrass ourselves in front of Protest The Hero or to show off our collection of piss jugs to our friends.”
Megafest 2009 is scheduled for Thursday, November 26th at The Cunard Center in Halifax, NS.
