UVA Basketball Players Interviewed In Morgan Harrington Disappearance

Unidentified members of University of Virginia’s men’s basketball team have been interviewed as witnesses in the disappearance of Morgan Harrington.
Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs for the university, Carol Wood, released a statement Tuesday confirming the rumors that some members of the team were interviewed by authorities as witnesses in the case.
Harrington, who has been missing since Oct. 17, disappeared after being separated from friends while attending a METALLICA concert in Charlottesville, VA. She was last seen about 9:30 that night walking on the Copeley Street Bridge, just south of the arena.
According to Corinne Geller from the Virginia State Police, the team was practicing at University Hall on Oct. 17, near the Metallica concert that was being held at the John Paul Jones Arena.
