MISERY INDEX - Heirs To Thievery Final Tracklisting Revealed

Baltimore, MD’s MISERY INDEX has spent their recent time away from the road writing for their follow-up album to 2008’s Traitors, tentatively-titled Heirs To Thievery, due out in May. The band will begin recording in early January with engineer Steve Wright at Wright Way Studios (DYING FETUS, SLIPKNOT, MOS DEF).
A band update reads: "We will commence recording this Saturday. Super excited, we start this weekend, when basically all day Saturday will be set aside for tweaking drums sounds, and then we start tracking drums on Sunday. The final tracklisting is as follows, and we are going with the title Heirs To Thievery, but of course the order can change over the next four weeks as the album becomes more of a material vision for us and less of an abstract idea. The recording will take place from January 2nd to final mixing on January 28th. Over that time we will be doing video reports every few days."
