WEEDEATER Issue 2010 Album, Tour Update

North Carolina's sludge pillagers WEEDEATER have checked in with the following update:
"Happy New Year and all that shit!Weedeather's gonna go record with sensei Steve Albini again in Chicago this month and we're fucking elated. We're also going to play a few shows on the way there and back to showcase/road-test the new stuff. Come join us and hear some highly anticipated candidate songs for the next release, including 'The Claw Of The Sloth' and 'The Darkening...ening...ening'.
OK, we've said too much already; just be there goddammit.
Oh yeah, and for the Chicago and Newport shows we'll be supporting NICK OLIVERI (QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, KYUSS, MONDO G) and performing as BARSTUL, which is our stripped-down acoustic bass and banjo band.
