Annick 'Morbid Chef' Giroux, appeared yesterday (January 20) on WNYC-New York's Soundcheck program to discuss her Hellbent For Cooking: The Heavy Metal Cookbook. While she described collecting and cooking 101 recipes by bands from 32 countries, the show aired music from recipe contributors AUTOPSY, GATES OF SLUMBER, ANTHRAX, SEPULTURA, THIN LIZZY, AFTER THE BOMBS, and others - turning up the diabolic heat all the way on the largest public radio station in the United States.
