PRIESTESS - New Album Streaming In It's Entirety

Montreal's PRIESTESS are currently streaming their new album, Prior To The Fire, in it's entirety at this location.
Prior To The Fire will hit stores on February 2nd via Tee Pee Records.
The Montreal-based group’s sophomore album was recorded in Los Angeles with producer David Schiffman (SYSTEM OF A DOWN, MARS VOLTA, NINE INCH NAILS) and underlines Priestess’ hard-hitting songwriting, memorable hooks and earth-shaking ability to rock.
With a sound built upon a resolute sense of purpose and shaped by hundreds of explosive live shows, Priestess’ Prior To The Fire is an electric recording, bringing to light a colorful pool of both creativity and innovation. The record’s majestic power merges titanic riffs, memorable metal, progressive rock and hard psych elements with the powerful, expressive vocals of frontman / guitarist Mikey Heppner to create an album that will floor heavy music fans.
In celebration of the release of Prior To The Fire, Priestess has announced a Brooklyn headlining show on March 13th at the Music Hall of Williamsburg. Advance tickets can be purchased now at this location.
Openers for the Brooklyn show as well as additional Priestess US tour dates are expected to be announced shortly. Priestess will launch its first ever European tour on February 1st in Hamburg, Germany.
“It wasn’t the easiest record to make,” says Heppner. “But the hard work definitely paid off and we’re really, really proud of the end result. We’ve done so much touring and seen so much since our first record that it only galvanized our feelings of what the band is.
