RockMusicStar.com has issued an interview with BRUCE KULICK (ex-KISS). The following is an excerpt from the interview, conducted by Thomas Stanley Orwat Jr.:

Q: How about Revenge. Many consider that one of the best KISS records ever.

A: "Absolutely, my favorite record. I loved working with Bob Ezrin. I though his approach to doing music was incredibly unique. I equate it to a mad professor. Like the doctor, Walter Bishop on the TV show Fringe. A little eccentric, but brilliant. I learned a lot working with Ezrin. If we needed to do things three times and then do it over, we did. There was no compromising, and I liked that. It was great. And KISS would never compromise, nobody should."

Q: Your guitar tone and style really changed on that release. What do you attribute that change to?

A: "I think the material got meaner and tougher and the guitar had to represent that. I remember going to my closet and finding some good pedals. Everyone liked the sound that I come up with."
