Archaic North Entertainment (WOLVEN ANCESTRY, EMPYREAN PLAGUE) has announced the signing of Durham-based uni-metal geniuses STRINGS OF ARES.
The band has a powerful lineup of seasoned musicians featuring members of the now disbanded BLOOD OF CHRIST.
Strings of Ares is a fresh approach to the metal world taking influences from around the metal spectrum and will appeal greatly to fans of MESHUGGAH, BEHEMOTH, MALEVOLENT CREATION and TOOL, to name a few. Prepare yourselves for a truly crushing precision
filled ride to other worldy dimensions.
Their debut album for Archaic North Entertainment, entitled Temple To Mars, is due out on Hallows Eve of 2010 and is being mixed by the legendary Neil Kernon(CANNIBAL CORPSE, NILE, MACABRE). The production is in it's final stages and the results will be truly devastating.
