Modesto, California metallers BETTER LEFT UNSAID have inked a deal with the newly formed Static Age Records. "Static Age’s dedication, belief, and commitment to Better Left Unsaid and the music we create made it a very easy decision to make." drummer Brent Terry explained. "From the very beginning, Jon King and Shane Stiles focused on building a relationship with the band, and this was very important to all of us. That type of commitment is rare these days and was definitely a pleasant surprise."

The new album from Better Left Unsaid will launch the label officially. Titled Only The Dead To Witness, the album will be released digitally and in stores everywhere June 8th. "We wanted an album that best represented who and what we are as musicians, our influences, and most importantly the type of music we create together. None of us settled, each of us sacrificed, and in the end we have an album we are all very proud of." Terry added.

A new song from the album 'Reaper Of Malice' can be heard on the band's MySpace page.
