AEROSMITH To Taste Peruvian Foods While In Lima

According to Livinginperu.com, AEROSMITH will try Peruvian foods, like Lomo Saltado and Causa, which have been included in the menus that they will be offered.
According to RPP Radio, the band has requested for meals with vegetables, fruits, filet mignon and a salad bar, among other food choices.
“They also want pasta, water, and Gatorade. They have not asked for any specific dish, but we will serve them Peruvian dishes that are made of the kind of foods they have requested,” said Claudia Gordillo, the main cook at Ambrosia Catering Service.
Aerosmith will perform in Lima on May 22, at the Monumental Stadium Esplanade.
