GLOOMY GRIM To Record Cover Of MERCYFUL FATE's 'Black Funeral'

Finnish black metallers GLOOMY GRIM check in with the following update from vocalist/keyboardist Agathon:
"Gloomy Grim is going to record MERCYFUL FATE cover 'Black Funeral' plus one, still untitled, (original) song.Studio starts July 7th and we will then record the base of the songs. After that, I'll (add) synths to them, so release date (maybe just online) will be something like start of August.
Gloomy Grim is alive and well, despite some people having thought something else."
Gloomy Grim's Under The Spell Of The Unlight album was released on May 26th, 2008 via Anticulture Records.
